It does become slightly hard after being compressed beneath your head. Fluffiness can easily be restored by shaking and squeezing it, but that's not something I feel like doing each time I roll over during the night. Overall I like it though. I've ordered a second one. these pillows having successfully replaced a $200 Tempur-Pedic pillow that was way too firm for my liking.

There was a pretty bad chemical smell when I first opened the packaging. It lingered for quite a few days. So if you're sensitive to smell, I recommend airing it out in a ventilated room before using.That being said, I LOVE this pillow. Its firm, but plush. I sink right into it, without feeling unsupported. It breathes quite nicely (I sweat at night, and this has helped reduce that damp feeling in the shower morning).I bought only one on a trial basis, but I'm about to buy a second one.

I’ve purchased a lot of pillows over the years and this one I really like after just a few days. Firm, but not too much so and not lumpy at all. It has just the right thickness and stays in shape all night. It has a soft, washable cover and comes in a nice zippered pouch. I will throw out our old pillows and replace them with the Langria. The pillow was in a compressed state when I received it, but plumped up by next morning. It's heavy compared to any other pillow I've ever had. It didn't feel as soft as I expected, so I thought my ear was going to ache (I'm a side sleeper), but that did't happen. I did stay at almost it's full height as I laid on it, but the filling did shift a little to above my head. Otherwise I would have given it a 5. Overall, it's a pretty good pillow.

I used to wake up with a stiff neck or a migraine from my last pillow. With this Langria pillow I get a great night's sleep, no stiff neck and no migraines. I've recommended it to a bunch of friends. It is not too soft like a down pillow and not too hard like a memory foam pillow. This is just the right amount of support and comfort.

Pillow is great. I like thin pillows for side, stomach and a cross between the two sleep. Normally I would have to buy the cheapest thinnest pillow I could find. More expensive pillows would end up too thick for my liking. This pillow is great after I removed a gallon zip-lock bag of foam out. If I couldn't remove the foam from this pillow it would of went to the trash as it comes stuffed. Have dust mite allergy and put this in my normal cover and I have no issues. Great buy for me.

Love these pillows! I have been using shredded foam pillows for 20 years now. These are the best ones yet! The shredded foam can be shaped for any thickness desired and the pillows open. This allows you to remove foam (which you will want to do if you sleep in any position other than side). Great covers to compliment a great pillow. I spent more just buying memory foam than i did for these two pillows!

I bought this for my 3 year old, so that I could make her a full-size pillow to fit her bedding, but with only a small rise. I had no idea it would be this comfortable. Bought one each for wife and myself! We both love them. The fact that the memory foam is shredded allows you to shape the pillow to fit your unique body and sleep style. I have had solid memory foam pillows in the past but nothing like this. This pillow cost less than half the amount of its competitors. It is a great overall product! Generally, I'd say that shredded memory foam is a great solution. I also like the idea of the thickness being adjustable and the pouch for extra foam is a nice touch. I found it to have plenty of foam for my needs, and to have enough extra foam to create an extra little pillow. My problem with this pillow is that while much of the foam is soft and comfy, a goodly percentage of it looks like the equivalent of crust on a piece of toast. Love these! I was a little skeptical in the beginning because they came all rolled up, but as soon as they were open they started to puff up. They're not too soft, not too firm, and really change to your needs but stay firm enough that your head doesn't sink down. They are a little heavy as far as pillows go, but I'm surprised at how comfortable they really are. They also stay a lot cooler than other pillows.

Wow. This pillow is amazing. I’ve had it for a year now and it has greatly improved the shoulder and neck pain I was experiencing when I slept. I chose to leave all of the stuffing in, but liked that I had the option to customize it if I felt it was too much. It’s heavy which was different than my last one, but I’ve grown to like that. I love how firm yet squishy this pillow can be. I'm a side-sleeper & this pillow works perfectly for me. It gives the right amount of support without being too rigid like a lot of memory foam pillows can be. I didn't love the double case it came with though. It made the pillow feel bulky & slept pretty hot. So I took off the outside quilted case & just used a basic pillow case. It definitely helped.

I bought this for my husband. When it came it was in a small box and I thought it was a mix up. Luckily I had read the description on the website and knew the pillow would have to be plumped up. After putting in dryer and working it a little it worked into a great pillow. My husband says it is too fat for what he wanted. Love the pillows myself and will keep them and use them elsewhere. Great product but read the descriptions because none comes with the product.
