I bought several of these locks for my shop and one of my employees couldn't get in this morning? Had to run to Home Depot to buy bolt cutters to pick them up, not good at all. The same lock code has been running for over a month now and the code has never changed.

Great size for side gate or external storage on a trailer, it will keep honest people honest, can't stop a seasoned tramp but will keep a youngster out pool area and you don't have to remember where you put the key. Program individual combinations or all together. your choice

Perfect little locks for a student or for your lockers at work. The braces are the perfect size and easy to set up in combination in just a minute or two. I've recommended them to family and friends and they work great with gun cases or anything else that needs to be blocked. The only downside is that the number is hard to see if the lighting isn't right. Otherwise they work as described.

I have about a dozen of these backing up outside camps and trailers now. This is a low crime area, which deters crime where possible, but is unlikely to deter a motivated thief. I like the ability to customize the combination. Most of them have survived several years of rain and snow (Wisconsin) and have not had to be replaced.

Unfortunately, for some reason these locks are out of order. I was able to set them up and use them (i.e. open and close/lock) maybe 2-3 times. They were on my gun cases and ammo box, so I didn't use them often unless I was going to the shooting range. I recently tried opening them and they didn't work. They won't work. The code no longer allowed me to open the locks. Unfortunately I had to use bolt cutters to get them off. Wouldn't recommend it.

I screwed up 1 key and none of the combinations given to me worked. They respond to my messages in less than 10 minutes, which I personally consider top-notch customer service. This is the BEST salesperson I have ever dealt with at Revain. They replace the key which I broke off without question. They actually sent me two and they arrived the day before. I will probably buy more. Blue and green colors look very attractive.

. I wanted so the locks could have the same combination. I can't confirm how strong they are. I suspect they are stronger than the cases I put them on, but definitely not a highly secure device. I use them indoors so I don't know about weather resistance. Shiny chrome dials with black numerals are sometimes difficult to read. I'd rather have black dials with white numerals or even white dials with black numerals instead of those shiny chrome dials. All eight I bought were easy to set up and…
