This is the best pillow I've ever used, and, over my many years, I have tried quite a few, including down, polyester, and memory foam in all different shapes. I admit this is the first shredded material filling I have tried, so I don't have a comparison to other pillows of this type, but this is SO comfortable and SO adjustable, I have no reason to try any other. The cover is soft and comfy, too, and I was tempted to use it without a pillowcase, but I did put one on. It's only been a few days, and I'm sleeping well and waking up without any sore shoulders or neck. If anything changes over time, I'll come back and update.
