The item is too awkward for use as designed. You have to lean way over to see through it if the item you're looking at has to be flat.

DON'T BUY! Very bad design. You have to take it completely apart to put the batteries in it. You have to take out 10 tiny screws and separate the case, which lets the legs fall off, the lens fall out (a cheap fresnel lens) and the springs come out. The screws just go into cheap plastic, so when you put them back in , even with a jeweler's screwdriver, they strip out. I stripped three, and I was being very careful. You have to turn one side up to put the batteries in, or they will fall out, and…

This is cheap plastic - essentially trash. The viewing area "optics" are a joke - don't waste your money. That's my review.

Cheap plastic that is made very poorly and does NOT work.batteries go in backwards and the LEDs are so dim they only can be seen in a pitch black room, but you can't read by them even then.I threw it away, not even worth the hassle of trying to get my money back

This was the worst quality. The magnifying sheet was blurry and you couldn't even see what you where trying to do. Went to put batteries in it for the light and the whole thing fell apart.

This works well. I am a teacher and use it for my vision impaired students. I like that it folds up and doesn't take up a lot of room. The light is a nice feature as well.

My mom said she wished the directions were more detailed & larger print as it is hard for her to read before the assembly. That's my review!

I didn't really this was a matte finish product, so the viewing was not as clear as I wanted. It does make the words bigger. So please do research before buying a magnifying glass.

I received it very quickly after buying it. Great customer service. Hope to find more useful items from them. The item is very useful. Makes it easier to do my nails. Can now put on nail polish without missing a spot or getting any on my skin.i also use it to color my adult coloring books with. It’s a great item.

This is a very flimsy piece of junk. I have a page sized piece of plastic that is sturdier, and much less expensive, that I got at a craft shop. It didn't have LED lights ANYWHERE on it! If you're looking for something to magnify sewing look elsewhere. If you're looking for something with lighting on it, look elsewhere. If you're looking for a flimsy piece of garbage, then this is what you want. (Although you can probably find it elsewhere for a LOT LESS.)
