📏 OWDEN Professional Block: Unrivaled Precision and No Stamping Diameter Review

Used for the first time (hardly) with the Ouden hammer and already has marks on it. I can easily imagine what it's like down the hill from here. However, my hopes for untextured metal fell short. Use a more durable bench block unless you're using it solely for metal stamping on leather. Metal on metal, not so much.

I have changed my rating from 3 stars to 2, this is a really disappointing product. See photos. I'm honestly very disappointed with this "block" for the bank. I love this pad. I plan to use it to assemble microelectronics under my zoom microscope. 3" diameter is sufficient for the field of view of a typical working microscope, even at 3/4" height/thickness and small diameter. There are many of these in the world of microelectronics. The detachable orange silicone base keeps it in place, which is a great feature.
