I have a bad neck, so finding a comfortable pillow can be tough. I have tried other pillows, even shredded memory foam ones, but the foam was large pokey blocks and it wasn't adjustable. That's why this pillow is nice, there is a good combination of large and small memory foam pieces, so you get a nice uniform consistency. The pillow case it comes with is very nice and slightly padded, which helps with not making the pieces noticable. And lastly, the main selling point for me, was the adjustability of the filling. I like a thin pillow, so I took out quite a bit, and it fits perfect. Overall, I have no complaints with this pillow and would buy another, or recommend it.
