The pillow is really well made and appears to have been well thought out for neck issues. I'm a hard case, I guess, in that I have very little curve in my neck and it's painfully difficult to find a well-suited pillow. I usually just end up throwing my pillow to the side and sleeping with my head on the mattress. I'm a weirdo, I guess. Anyway, I'm knocking off a point because I didn't have much luck with it but I do believe the intention of the maker is honest and likely largely successful with most folks. A super cool feature is that it comes with two different inserts so you can choose if you'd rather have a soft pillow or one more firm. The texture of the pillow also feels really premium and long-lasting. At this price-point, it's hard to say if it's a great deal. I mean, it's a well-made product and pillows are naturally expensive so I suppose it's a pretty decent deal.I may give it another go and if my thoughts change, I'll update the review.
