We use it daily, on average 3 times a day. Pretty quiet operation. It rarely happens that the capsule does not completely break through (I didn’t understand why), this happened 2 times in total, in this case the coffee will drip drop by drop. Works quite quietly. Simple and unpretentious. Very compact. Double pressing on the cup selection allows you to automatically pour coffee after heating.
