Newer brand new relays (Mitsuba) and they appear to be old brand Omron working linkages, not factory new pristine relays. I tested all the ones I received and they all worked and passed the relay tester test. The price is good for what they are and they are a quick fix that anyone can pull out the old one and put the spare back in place. A replacement Mitsuba will cost you about $20 each. So those who are on a tight budget or just don't want to invest a lot of money in their 10+ year old Civic like me. This is a great quick fix and you have spares.
