Review on 🎵 Victrola ITNP-Y1 3 Pack Turntable Replacement Needles: Enhance Your Portable Suitcase Record Player with White Needles by Christopher Buck

Not very reliable quality. Customer service is non-existent. I wrote an email and never received a reply. Finally found a phone number to call. Spoke to a foreign speaking customer service representative and said the needle was bad. The gramophone has hardly been played, so when the needle fails, they use very cheap needles. I went to the head and ordered new needles but the problem with speeds remained. You need to set the speed to 45 to play records that are supposed to use 33 RPM. I wouldn't even buy it. I would look for a different company than Victrola.
