Review on 💺 Black Be Well Medical Spa Stool by Boss Office Products by Susan Cacal

I bought this stool from Revain two or three years ago and I love it. Thought I could use another one, but all the stools I found had mixed reviews - lots of negative ones. So I went into my order history, found a previous purchase and clicked "buy again" again as I was so happy with what I already had. The stool I received was nothing like the one I already had. It is very difficult (almost impossible) to raise and lower the seat. The seat is much smaller than the original and doesn't have as much padding as the first. I was very disappointed. I contacted the seller who said their supplier changed the item. The seller said he would email me a link to return the stool, but he didn't. So, every time I use it, I get mad again!
