D30 Support USB, Coaxial and optical inputs with the rate of 16-24 bit/44.1-192Khz. D30 only have 2 switch and 2 LED, these are already enough for operate and display. You will feel Easy to enjoy with. For technology problems, most DAC will has pop noise while switching DSD and pcm. We design a circuit which made of relay and electronic switch, it cut off all Pop noise of D30, including turning on, turning off and switching DSD and pcm. D30’s shell is just like our other products, made by machining center and engraved by high power Laser. Xmos is famous for ultra low jitter. It provides DSD64, DSD128 and 24bit/192Khz support. It also support ASIO audio software interface.

Worth the price over the big box retail dacs

Item arrived quickly and well packaged. I ordered this DAC to replace a cheap Radio shack DAC.Construction: leaves some to be desired. The overall finish is nice, but at this price point, I expected slightly better fit of the inputs within the housing. It is better looking than some other Chinese DACs.Set up was easy and self explanatory. Involves making connections, plugging it in and turning it on. Great little amp! for my opinion

This DAC spruced up our office computer setup a ton! It sounds fantastic for the price. It's very warm sounding and loves music like Diana Krall or Dire Straits. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to improve their sound quality in a small room environment.

Ditch Your PC's Terrible Analog Sound Output

I bought my Topping D20 DAC from Parts Express. It's cheaper there.I have this little gem hooked up to my PC via optical cable. It decodes the digital audio signal coming from the PC, then converts it to analog. From the DAC, the analog signal goes to my LEPAI LP-2020a+ mini AMP via RCA patch cables - then onto the speakers of course. Phenomenal Performance For The Price

First, a beautiful piece of hardware, very simple and clean lines in nice materials. Second, hand-in-hand with the A30 Headphone Amplifier this is a dynamic duo. Best DAC under $200

Did a lot of research before buying the topping d30 and am glad to say it has stellar sound quality. I use it for connecting my pc and Mac to my NAD integrated amp on my hifi system since my amplifier does not have a built in DAC like the newer models. The topping is a big improvement over when I used to use the headphone out on my computers to listen to my Music. The dynamics, transparency, and distortion is much better now. Bought this to go with an Asgard 2 HP amp and BD880 Pro HPs. Run off a Mac Book Pro Running Yosemite. No problems at all. First rate product. Nice pick up for Best Buy carrying Topping kit.

A simple, inexpensive, quality DAC.

Works as described. I've used only the optical input, and no problems there. It simply takes that digital signal and sends it along as analogue. A good value.

Nice DAC with versatile inputs and outputs. Well made. I kept this unit for a few months and was happy with the sound. But in the world of DACS prices keep going down while sound inches upward. I purchased this to replace a SMSL Sanskrit USB DAC which arrived with a defective USB port. So far it's working beautifully. My computer recognized it and installed the appropriate drivers. I had been using an M Audio 2496 PCI audio card and the sound was quite good by internal audio card standards.
