It's not nice for them to send a used broken scooter and you had to pay full price. My grandson was very disappointed as was I! If I can figure out why the app isn't accepting photos, I can show the previous owner's name below. I still don't like scratches and a broken brake very much. Returned broken used junk and will definitely try another brand. BEWARE OF JUNK AND BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES.
