Review on 🖨️ Microtek ScanMaker 3700 Flatbed Scanner for PC and Mac by Joseph Long

I've had mine for about 6 months now and I'm still having problems. I bought this for my wife to use at school and she was so excited when it arrived that she had it set up and running when I got home from work. If you knew my wife you would think that this is a small miracle because she is NOT tech savvy. This is my second scanner and by far the easiest and best. The USB connection is great and the front panel shortcut keys are amazing. This is the first scanner I've used that actually scans and sends a fax that's either typed or handwritten and actually legible. I hope I don't have to send it in for a new lamphead like the previous reviewers did. If I do I will definitely put a note in there to block the scanner head! The only bad experience was the shipping discount. Two months later I got a letter back saying I couldn't get it because I didn't unpack the UPC or something. The fact is that he did not ask for this on the discount card, only on the receipt. Too bad I threw the box away.
