The company can be helpful. They sent a new box of headsets based on my review but over the past 2 years we have shipped an average of 1-3 headsets per person per year. They work great for us until they die. I've tried other types of Retevis headphones, but I didn't like any of them. I've just come to terms with the fact that it's a one-time thing for us. I recently noticed that they released a new version that is slightly more powerful but also more expensive. I'll try it. They were great for about 6 months then stopped working. We have 10 Retevis radios (and they are great). These headphones work great for a while, but over time something happens between the electronic speaker interface and the air tube. It suddenly becomes very quiet. Manipulating this area helps, but then it becomes too quiet to hear again. 8 people use them daily. It's easy to use in a professional environment. They will not be abused under any circumstances. This happens to everyone's headphones over time, so a person doesn't try to use them. I tried to contact Retevis about the issue but the link on the purchase page says too much time has passed. I would recommend trying a different product. These just don't last.
