The support staff was very helpful when I first started using this software system years ago as well has now with my current use after they've added integrations for other systems like Salesforce! They also have great customer service over email or phone if you need assistance during your day-to Day activities within their product/service offerings!! It can be confusing at times but that's just part about any new technology out there - it takes time getting used too them (and even more so than most).
Having an easy way record all notes from meetings via OneNote makes things much easier compared having paper notepad everywhere we go throughout each week & month.
