Appearance: The picture shows pink cups and what looks like a large bottle of massage oil so I was expecting to get this I know it says 8 ounces but it turned out that only the largest cup is about 1/3 the size of a bottle. but actually the cup is about 3/4 the size of the bottle and they are clear cups not pink. All of this by the way: the oil, it smells great, it's great, I used it in the shower once I turned off the water and my skin was still damp, it helps the oil absorb better and not stay on the skin . With cupping, the oil stays lubricious for as long as you need it if you apply the right amount to the applied area and it washes off your hands easily. (Be sure to wash/dry your hands before picking up the cups or you'll slip instead of grabbing.) The first time you pick up a cup it's uncomfortable at first, but you get used to it. I did about 10 minutes on the outer thigh near the buttocks and I felt it helped loosen up the cellulite causing fascia. I have used the largest cup on my legs, the second largest cup I will use on other problem areas like bikini line, arms etc and two face cups of course for the face and lips. (Don't stop moving the cups over your face, as this will cause bruising.) The smallest, however, you can apply to your lips for a few seconds, then remove and repeat. I would recommend this product to anyone who has cellulite problems. If you really want results, grab an explosive chopstick to add to your cupping routine. (Find one with smaller ridges that are larger and further apart for best results)
