What an amazing difference compared to the stock fans on my Corsair heatsink! Four of them in a two-stroke configuration are completely inaudible at 500 rpm and yet what I would call quiet under full load. The only caveat would be to make sure your heatsink is a bit oversized for your configuration (it's the only way to build a quiet PC anyway, imo), but built right, I'm confident these are some of the best of the best.
