I'm not a small woman. Desk chair (so I wasted my money). The seat is too "deep" which means there is a lot of space between your body (buttocks/back) and the back of the chair, so there is no lumbar support at all. day I was exhausted and had to push myself to work on my desktop computer. Now the chair in my office is pushed aside and I use my "old" chair again. If you don't have to work you'll love this chair, but if like me you work at a computer all day, don't buy this.
