This is a good mop but it is too thick with a mop head to get under the end of the closet and the beginning of the floor. It's good for washing floors, but not very good. I gave it a user-friendly rating because it doesn't easily fit under closets, and I gave it an absorbency rating because it's not a super-absorbent sponge. It is very easy to assemble. I wish this wasn't one of the criteria for rating this mop as it would increase the overall score. However, this is just a mop, any idiot can collect it. I can't think of a single mop or broom that would be difficult to assemble. Overall it's just okay, but not the best product out there.
