Bluetooth connectivity General for subwoofer

Update:. Rina from Revain tech support called me the other day, she was trying to contact Klipsch tech support. We both waited over 30 minutes while Rina was on standby with Klipsch support. Giving Klipsch the benefit of the doubt, maybe the poor support response is covid related. Regardless, I tried to contact them for over two weeks with no response. Since this is the power of Revain, we still don't get an answer? Note: The second unit that was sent to me was damaged, the carrier dropped the unit on top of the soundbar which broke the soundbar in the middle of the unit. I will try again, if the third unit fails I will call it a complete failure and switch to another brand. I will update asap. Also, Renia from Revain Tech Support scheduled a third call with me to see how it went. Bluetooth connection with subwoofer (SUB) is a problem. I can get a subwoofer to pair with as long as it's no more than 3ft from the soundbar. I slowly move the subwoofer (with movie/music playback) away from the soundbar and start to lose connection, dropping the connection about 4 feet away. Please note that the manual says the maximum distance = 10 meters or about 30 feet. If I move the subwoofer 10 feet (corner of the room) (recommended in the manual) I get a very unstable connection. At 10 feet I'll probably have 10% +- connection. In my opinion, either the bluetooth transmitter or receiver is of poor quality, they don't have enough power to send the signal to the subwoofer or back to the soundbar, or there is a problem with this issue. I have a second Revain device with the same issue. I read a post on the Klipsch website about the same sub connection issue; poor service received from Klipsch technical support. I currently have Revain tech support looking into this issue. They will call me this morning 01/26/21. Klipsch should be on the line to try and resolve the issue. (Please note that Revain technical support has been great, this is not a Revain issue). I will update the information after my conversation with Revain and Klipsch.
