Review on V12 by Jerry Olson

This tool is easy to use, intuitive and allows users to quickly create their own custom reports. My biggest complaint is that it does not provide an option for an auto-generated email to be created with a certain date range and/or specific keywords that would generate a lead. I like the reporting features because they allow you to filter your data. Also being able to export to excel format was very helpful when trying to get some statistical analysis done. However there were several bugs in this product that made using it challenging at times (such as saving the file after editing). Overall though, I'm glad I found it!
