This product is a complete mess.

A huge number of glitches, bugs, errors and other issues which cause downtime during updates. Also, since the software was purchased 2 years ago, a major update has never been rolled out. If you buy this product, expect to spend hundreds of hours trying to solve these problems yourself. Also, while the customer support is generally quite responsive, the quality of their knowledge base and documentation leaves much to be desired. In fact, there is very little information about the product itself

  • Very easy to use - simple setup

  • It's a bit expensive
  • Many people have reported that the software will not run properly or completely freeze when attempting to do anything with large amounts of data
  • Documentation is poor, and the online forum isn't always helpful

This tool is easy to use, intuitive and allows users to quickly create their own custom reports. My biggest complaint is that it does not provide an option for an auto-generated email to be created with a certain date range and/or specific keywords that would generate a lead. I like the reporting features because they allow you to filter your data. Also being able to export to excel format was very helpful when trying to get some statistical analysis done.
