A huge number of glitches, bugs, errors and other issues which cause downtime during updates. Also, since the software was purchased 2 years ago, a major update has never been rolled out. If you buy this product, expect to spend hundreds of hours trying to solve these problems yourself. Also, while the customer support is generally quite responsive, the quality of their knowledge base and documentation leaves much to be desired. In fact, there is very little information about the product itself available to the public. The only way to obtain information about this product is to purchase a license directly from the vendor. If you ever decide to upgrade to the next version, you'll have to start all over again. The product itself does work well, however, if you're looking for something that is ready-made and easy to use, this may not be the right product for you.
