Well I've been using a single blade razor for a couple of years. I have used I believe they are called sharks or maybe Premium Derby branded blades. They fill up almost like sharks, they pull at your hair with every stroke, and you get razor burn from having to go over the same spot over and over again. At first I thought it was me, so I switched to derbies and then came back to them and kept finding that the cheaper derbies were way better. I don't know if the Derby material is thinner or better, but there is a significant difference between the two. Too bad I'm now throwing away a box full of expensive razors. I've found that any company investing big and overly masculine funds or brilliant advertising is probably not worth it. They put all their money into advertising cheap products instead of the products themselves. Save money and get a derby. They're not perfect, but they're way better than these and cheaper!
