This is an excellent product. The strong, durable and beautiful blue color is a nice contrast to the usual clear boxes. Well made, good secure clasps. The set is excellent. I use a few of these without a lid as cat litter. (Commercial litter boxes are never big enough for a kitten to be completely comfortable in.) Cats have become accustomed to them immediately. If you buy drawers under your bed to use as a large tray, they will work just fine. They have a nice smooth surface that makes them easy to scoop. At the bottom of the container, near the corners, are four small round indentations. I can imagine that they can be difficult to clean if you skimp on the trash, but nothing wet or dirty gets into these small spaces with normal amounts of trash.
