This unit was well packaged and included an extra set of filters as a bonus. It was very easy to use, right out of the box. The instructions were easy to understand, but very short and without details. Doesn't it tell you how long to use it other than not using it for too long? I just dug around and figured out the settings myself. I like that there is a bright, colorful display that other devices don't have. When I turn this on it starts glowing RED which means bad air. It also starts at maximum fan speed, but as the bar gets lower, meaning better air quality, the speed drops. Other units leave you in the dark. You can set a timer. Depending on the size of the room, I set 1-3 hours. If you have someone who may be sick or has hair loss, you can use the sterilization (UV) function. You can enable/disable the anion function for dusty environments. I'm happy to endure it because it's bad for you, but other devices can't. This device smells really fresh in the room.
