The lowest price, but sometimes bites.
I only need this for one project so can't comment on durability. It seems durable and well built. I've already noticed a traffic jam in the siding. Not a big deal for my little project, but it will probably make things worse if you use it at work. But I want to be fair. It costs less than others, so if you don't use it often, that's fine.
