I used this product to access the internet in my office, not in a store. I watched the video and read the instructions, but I ran into a problem that took me a day to solve. I have a multiport cable modem at home and I have the host device connected to the cable modem and the client device connected to the router at work. It did not work. Apparently I missed a setting or communication problem between the cable modem and the host box that was preventing internet access. Here is the setup that worked right away: Cable modem --> Netgear wireless router --> POE device --> Host device --> Client device --> POE device --> Cisco 870 router When I tried to skip the Netgear wireless router, end devices do not connect to the internet. After solving this cabling problem and adding the Netgear wireless router to the architecture, I was able to access the internet from the client-side router without any problems. My host device is inside the house by the window and the client device is outside under the roof of the garage. The distance between the two blocks is about 100 feet and there are dogwoods in the way. The speed test from the client side is exactly the same as the speed test connected directly to the cable modem. An inexpensive way to mount the units is to get a large flat metal connector from the decking/lumber department of your home storage. They cost less than $1 each. I also took a set of bolts and nylon locknuts to attach the KuWfi block to the roughly bent flat metal.
