It has been welded together askew so that either the three lights line up or the two arms are straight to the base plate, but not both at the same time. Also, it wobbles a bit even when installed correctly (not that big of a problem since nobody usually touches lights like this). But you can tell that not much effort has gone into this design or manufacturing process. Pretty crude and cheaply made, although it looks okay. The plastic snap connectors for the wires between the lights work well, but there's barely enough room in the metal tube to insert the connectors for the light to come together. In general, they did not think much about the ease of installation.
