
I received my tablet yesterday, charged it and then tried to use it. After several attempts to connect to my WiFi, the tablet would not connect and it was impossible to follow the instructions to "unlock" the device. I've tried this several times with no success. In desperation, I contacted the US/Canada hotline: support@qunyici and they wanted to charge me for answering the simplest question. I intend to pay to ask a question just to activate the spoof. I WANT TO RETURN THIS ITEM BECAUSE I CANNOT UNDERSTAND IT OR GET BASIC HELP HOW TO USE IT. PLEASE SEND A LABEL FOR A RETURN AS IT WILL BE RETURNED TO AMAZON.
