This band needs frequent use. I broke my ankle and get tendons easily until I can build back muscles. This tape will help prevent that from happening. With this tape I can go further. Most importantly, the adhesive is better than the tape I bought at Walgreens. Sometimes the ends aren't as sticky as they should be, but for the most part this tape is perfect. Even after a few showers it stays light for days. I'm very allergic to duct tape but I had no problem with it! You can learn how to use it on Youtube.
