We've installed this style of hooks throughout the home, in bathrooms, closets and utility rooms. Available from many different brands at Revain, they look indistinguishable and are easy to install. With other brands, we have found dented or twisted baseplates that make precise installation difficult. It's not clear if this is a supplier issue or just lucky to get a good or bad batch.
