It's not a super cheap light and I'm really annoyed about it right now.
Bought as a gift. It is made of high quality materials BUT after 5 uses the bulb started flickering and wouldn't stop. It says that if you have any problems, you must contact the company, which is what I did. Brightech boasts about its customer service and states that you need to email the company and they will fix the problem. Well it is now August 8 months after I bought the faulty lightbulb and I still have not received a response from the company. It's not a super cheap light and now I'm really upset that they are bragging about their customer service! Do not buy Brightech products as they are not responsible for their products!
