Okay, where do I start with this device. Worst product you can buy and then service comes to fix the problems. After receiving this product a month later, my computer restarted 5 times an hour. Now I'm not sure what happened there, but the computer was definitely showing some kind of erratic activity. Let's move on to the next problem I'm facing. I had trouble setting up the dual monitor feature and it wasn't working as intended, and yes I've tried everything. This includes resetting the power cable, replacing HDMI cables, updating drivers, uninstalling/reinstalling device manager, testing the monitor separately to see if the monitor is defective, but no solution. RED FLAG #1 by the way. Let me remind you that I only had this computer for 2 weeks before minor problems started appearing here. I called HP customer support and spoke to a 5.JA.5 technician to fix my dual monitor issue and was told I need to pay 59.99 to fix my 1 month old computer which I have brought. So it's not okay. Also, I got the blue screen of death. In short, cross this product off your list. Not worth the money. thanks later
