Good quality light fixture. It's a good weight, unlike a lot of cheaper stuff. It was packaged very well to prevent glass and other objects from breaking, including small pieces of foam at the metal crossings in the middle of the glass panes. Installing ceiling lights is always difficult. The easiest way I've found is to install the plate in the junction box, then hold the bracket without actually plugging it in, and adjust the mounting screws until about 3/16-1/4" out of the holes comes out. To make wire connections, take the ground wire, lift it up and wrap it around the plate and then attach it to the ground screw.The first one I ordered was missing one of the mounting screws so I have the seller contacted and they sent replacement immediately.
