I opened and assembled the rack while watching my home team take the opponent team to the woodshed, so it was a good experience. Actually, all I needed to assemble it was my pocketknife to cut the tape to open the box. There is a small wrench included so I had everything needed to put it together. No instruction sheet but there were very plain pictures showing assembly steps on the box so I had no issue assembling it even though I was preoccupied with the ball game.It is made of welded steel so it is quite rugged enough for what it is designed to do. The mounting holes are 16 inches apart so mounting it was a snap. I was able to use the included screws to screw it directly into the wall studs making it very stable. The package included plastic inserts for drywall mounting, so however you choose to mount it, the parts are included. I much preferred mounting directly to the studs, I am more confident of a longer lasting sturdy shelf with it being screwed to wall studs. Now I can get those power tools off my workbench and recover some much needed space to work. The added benefit of being able to store screwdrivers, plyers and assorted tools help even more to clean up the workbench and making them handy for access. I am very pleased.
