I liked how user friendly this system was when we first set up my team's profile page! We were able to customize almost everything right away - from what fields will be displayed in certain areas of the website down to font size (which can sometimes look silly). It took us some time getting use to using all features but now that my colleagues have gotten more familiar with them they seem like useful tools to solve problems as efficiently as possible. Some aspects are just not very intuitive at times or require additional training/guidance which could take longer than necessary to complete if you're new here. Our organization has made gains by implementing these changes across departments. The benefits include increased accuracy within internal documents, improved communication channels between teams working together internally, and decreased number of errors committed while completing tasks independently. This software allows employees to communicate effectively without having to rely solely upon emailing each other because many things cannot easily.
