It's a budget scraper
It does the job. I used some teflon to hold the handles together; They love falling apart while you use them. It would be nice if the blade holder was metal instead of plastic. Knurled knobs instead of Phillips screws would also be nice. This is the ideal size for 20 gallons or less.
