We followed the instructions. Bought from Revain with 1 year maintenance included. Paid $85.51. During setup on 11/9/2019 I was charged an additional $29.99 for another 1 year maintenance plan when this should have been included with the Revain purchase. We paid $115.50 but didn't get any benefits. Responses to our service requests cannot be received. The app failed to install completely on Samsung, so we tried installing it on our iPhone. The Vyncs software has been successfully uploaded to the iPhone. After the installation on the iPhone, the data from the car were not imported. I went to the computer website and tried to edit the driver and vehicle information online but the EDIT button didn't work. So now we are here. Spent about 5 hours on the weekend (Saturday). Vehicle information reloaded 3 times. Vyncs doesn't have a helpdesk on Saturday afternoons or Sundays when working families have time to install the software on their cars. I really hope they come back with me. Counting the hours spent. Watch them call on Monday when we're at work. At the moment I would not recommend this device to anyone. Continued Saturday at 8:32pm 11-9-19 Revain asked for help. They said that this company will not have tech support until Monday. Disappointed that you have to wait until Monda. I can't take calls Monday through Friday as I'm teaching and we can't talk on the phone during business hours. 8-5
