I only got them today so I didn't get a chance to try them on the mat and that was the only reason I why I give 4 instead of 5 stars. I wear a medium wide foot in a size 14 (between regular and wide) so my wrestling shoe options are VERY limited. I had Asics in high school and I know they are reliable, they looked cool and were selling, so I gave them a try. I'm skeptical about buying shoes online but they lived up to my expectations; they fit well, are stable at the ankle and hold well on the sole. I have yet to break them in and they are a bit long but given the size of my foot this is the best I can get. The Aggressor 2 will probably be my wrestling shoe from now on (at least until they stop making them).
