The camera is small and light enough that there are several installation options. The inclusion of different ribbon cables offers options for both smaller and larger 3D printers. The 5 megapixel sensor comes standard with an infinite focal length and your application may require fine tuning. The quality is what you would expect from a cheap sensor and it gets the job done effectively. If you are using this for 3D printing and planning to use the Spaghetti Detective I would recommend the 8MP version of this camera.
