Review on HB-UMLS Sabrent USB 2.0 Hub with 4 Ports and LED Power Switches for Each Port by Jake Mccallum

It died without notice after 16 months of normal use. All ports are dead - the LEDs are still on when I press the button, but that doesn't connect the device to the PC. I've tried all possible troubleshooting steps and nothing seems to work. I even tested it on another PC that I've never seen before and the same problem. I have contacted Sabrent through their support system (via email) but they don't want to get it right. I think they know they are selling rubbish and until the limited warranty runs out they just won't help you. I originally bought this unit but they just ignore it - I guess they don't want to expand their loyal customer base. Now I need to buy something else to replace it as now I just have a useless paperweight. my table. So if I were you, I would take something else, the device will not work, and the company will refuse to endorse their product.
