The vinyl itself is good but the backing is TERRIBLE. It sticks to a standard grip cricket mat and rips apart when you try to take it off. Also if you use the transfer tape to remove the design from the backing, the backing will peel off leaving bits on your vinyl design making it not stick to any surface until you go back and tear off every tiny bit. I even played around with the depth of cut settings to see if that might help. I took a chance because of the price and the relatively good reviews. And now all 3 of my cricket rugs are ruined. It took me 3-4 times as long to finish my projects - I didn't even have time to finish them all because I was running out of time after spending an hour cleaning my cricket rugs so I could get a second could cut a round design .
