I like that it is so automated in its customer care system by sending texts to my customers as soon their payment goes through or if they have any questions about payments (which can be quite frequent!) It's also good for tracking sales online which you cannot do with other companies out there! Nothing really at this point but hopefully once we get into some of our bigger clients things will improve :) We've been using them since 2016 until now when everything was shutdown last week along w/ PayPal & Stripe who were both shut down too!!
