Great Payment Processor and Excellent Customer Service

I like that it is so automated in its customer care system by sending texts to my customers as soon their payment goes through or if they have any questions about payments (which can be quite frequent!) It's also good for tracking sales online which you cannot do with other companies out there! Nothing really at this point but hopefully once we get into some of our bigger clients things will improve :) We've been using them since 2016 until now when everything was shutdown last week along w/…

Very helpful & professional customer experience

My Account Manager is always available to answer my questions via Live Chat or email in real time! This has made it easier for me as an entrepreneur who works remotely from home all day every week without any colleagues around (in fact I have never met anyone there yet). It takes some getting used too but once you do this makes running your finances much more efficient than using spreadsheets alone which can be very arduous at times especially when trying make quick changes such that they are…
