I like that it is so automated in its customer care system by sending texts to my customers as soon their payment goes through or if they have any questions about payments (which can be quite frequent!) It's also good for tracking sales online which you cannot do with other companies out there! My Account Manager is always available to answer my questions via Live Chat or email in real time! This has made it easier for me as an entrepreneur who works remotely from home all day every week without any colleagues around (in fact I have never met anyone there yet).
