Extraordinary waste of money

Received this item today. Arrived unassembled with no assembly instructions. Followed the pictures and tried to use. Very difficult to turn. VERY COMPLICATED. Makes a grinding metallic noise when turning. Came with a rusty bolt and a piece of wood to attach it to the table. Append to table failed. When tightened, it tipped forward and detached from the table. Completely useless. Very disappointed.
