Great for my axolotl tank. When preparing the reservoir before they got here, the water temperature was 71 degrees. I didn't want to constantly add ice cubes or swim around in a tank with a frozen water bottle and I took a chance with this fan and I'm glad I did! I was a little apprehensive at first as the description said the temp would drop about 2 degrees so I bought a 4 fan unit for my 29 gallon and it keeps the water temp at a consistent 64.6 degrees! 6 degrees drop! I saved hundreds by not buying an aquarium cooler! It doesn't quite fit my tank, it doesn't fit well, but it stays on the edge of my flashlight and works great. It would be 5 stars if it was better attached to the tank.
