Good product for me, no problems at all.

VENTA SNIPS! The solution to the problem is very simple and effective. I bought 3 pieces of VENTA 15 and all of them started clicking after about a week of use. Apparently, everyone has this problem because of the moisture that enters the gearbox. Most likely, Venta did not cope with the problem of subsequent lubrication and maintenance and shifted this procedure to our heads.
Elimination is not difficult:
1. Buy lubricant WD-40 moisture displacer small 100 ml bottle for about 20 UAH. sold in every auto shop, gas stations, household chemicals stores. You only need a few drops, clicks.
2. Remove the top fan cover
3. through the tube that comes with the WD-40 kit, make a light injection into the recess near the pusher that rotates the drum, and turning the fan with your finger so that the pusher changes position in the other direction, on the other hand, make a light injection. Do not press too hard to prevent the excess from flowing into the tray into the water or onto the drum. Install and use with calm nerves. After a while, clicks may appear again, do not be alarmed - the reducer liked it and asks to repeat the procedure again. After 2-3 times I will not ask for more - I have been using 3 Vents for more than a year. )))
Bottom line - I really liked the humidifier, the air is clean and normally humid, in 2 rooms of 18-20 sq. M a constant humidity is maintained from 47 to 62%, depending on the strength of the wind outside, I do not have plastic windows and blows moisture out of the apartment, if there is a strong wind outside. The bugs in the nose disappeared, frequent sneezing stopped, for 1.5 years there were no runny noses, colds, SARS and flu, unlike previous years, the flowers stopped hurting, it became easier to breathe, cleaner in the apartment, the wife noticed that the fine dust that had wipe every day, now for a month how many does not appear.
 Who doubted the choice and is not lazy to rinse the drum and pan every day or two - get it without even thinking, given that its performance is at least 10 years!

Pros

- Moisturizes (by hygrometer) - Does not overmoisturize (mushrooms will not grow on the ceiling) - Cleans the air from small particles (for dust on furniture and tech.) - does not leave a white coating on furniture and appliances - quiet, does not make noise (if clicks are easily eliminated in 30 seconds) - simplicity of design - economical, only 4W - high-quality plastic, odorless - easy disassembly and washing - shutdown at low water level and shutdown - 10 years warranty (break, in principle, nothing) - fits perfectly into any interior, but what's there, just handsome!

Cons

- you have to wash every gas station. I use it without a hygienic additive (and this is every day) for a day of work, the pallet and the drum begin to “smell” slightly, of course. But this is rather a virtue - after all, it is a cleaner, it takes on all the smells. And even if the water is boiled before refueling. - an expensive additive, but it is absolutely not necessary for everyday rinsing of the tray and drum. - dear . a little . I don't know, life is more expensive.
