I've been shaving with my grandfather's Schlick Krona for a long time from the 1960s. I wanted to try something new and bought it mainly based on the reviews. I'm not a fan of this razor at all. After the shave I look like I visited Sweeney Todd. Not a newbie to shaving, I have tried three brands of blades, different soaps and creams, even a new technique and ended up with the same disastrous result. For about a month I've been trying to give my face time to adjust, but I can't anymore. I keep coming back to Schick with no problems. I want to love this shaver. I recently tried again for a few weeks. The same problems. I hope the razor works for you. This definitely doesn't work for me.
